- Notes: Notes regarding the hardware selection and use on the project.
- Internet Access (Communication Access): A table of internet access needs and plans for different project locations.
- Location Description: Project location description that requires internet access for all locations on the project that require internet access.
- Access Method: Method(s) to be used to provide internet access at the location, e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular, wired, or satellite.
- Speed: The speed of the connections that are required for the tasks to be completed at the location.
- Security Requirement: Security requirement(s) for the internet access/communication location.
- Shared Model Development Resources: A table of families, workspaces, and databases that are shared resources for information creation or use, for example, room naming conventions, content library of parametric modeling objects, catalogs, reference tables, databases, spreadsheets, or owner-specific BIM Use Cases.
- Shared Resource Name: Name of the shared model development resource.
- Version: The version of the shared model development resources.
- Shared Resource Owner: Name of the organization or entity who owns the shared resource.
- Description: A description of the shared model development resources.
- BIM Use: The BIM Use(s) that will leverage the shared resource.
- Information Sharing Platform(s): A table to define the information sharing platforms that will be used on the project.
- Platform Name: The name of the information sharing platform.
- Platform Version: The version of the information sharing platform.

- Platform Capability Breadth: The level of breadth of the capability of the platform, e.g., information sharing, automated version control, statusing of information, information security, change management, etc.
- Complies with CDE Requirements: A value to specify whether the information sharing platform complies with the accepted project Common Data Environment requirements. Information sharing between project participants should be ‘read-only’ in the shared state for all parties (reference ISO 19650 Part 1 and chapter 4 of the CIC BIM Standard (CIC 2021)).
