Resilience 2021: The Importance of Seismic Functional Recovery and Community Resilience in the Built Environment
Kyle Barry, PMP, is a Senior Project Manager in the Facility Lifecycle Management Group at NIBS since December 2018. He manages projects for a number of Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Management Program, the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, and Fannie Mae. He also serves as staff liaison to the following NIBS Councils and Committees: Consultative Council, Off-Site Construction Council, and Facilities Management and Operations Council. Prior to joining NIBS, he served as the Program Director for the Building Energy Solutions Division at Energetics Incorporated, where he supported the U.S. Department of Energy Building Technologies Office. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
