Science meets Design

The fourth triennial BEST Conference Building Enclosure Science & Technology™ (BEST4), was held April 13 -15, 2015, at the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, Kansas City, Missouri. Hosted by the Kansas City Building Enclosure Council (BEC-Kansas City), BEST4 was themed "Performance Driven Architectural Design.” The Conference was attended by people working in all facets of the building industry and was structured to enhance understanding of challenging design changes and to provide a forum for peer-to-peer discussion. The Conference program tackled performance of the building enclosure in the context of full-building performance.
