Robert Johnson, PMP, joined NIBS in February 2022 as a Project Manager focused on building efficiency and sustainability issues as part of NIBS’ Technical Solutions group. Prior to joining NIBS, he served as the Manager of Energy Efficiency Programs for Philadelphia Gas Works, and as a Program Manager for the Building Energy Solutions Division at Energetics Incorporated, where he supported the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Office, Federal Energy Management Program, and Grid Modernization Initiative. Robert holds a Master of Public Policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, and BAs in Political Science and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
