Drew N. Rouland, CSM, PMP is the Vice President of Government Operations for the National Institute of Building Sciences, where he leads the technical department in the areas of Facility Lifecycle Management, Multi-Hazard Mitagation and Building Information Management (BIM). He has over 20 years of experience in the design, construction and execution of facility systems and spaces. Since joining NIBS in 2010, Drew has delivered technical projects to federal clients such as Department of State, General Services Administration, FEMA and Veterans Administration focused on facility construction, maintanence and cost management. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a MBA The University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
