NATIONAL CLEARINGHOUSE FOR
EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES (NCEF):
The NIBS-managed Clearinghouse gathers, processes, and disseminates
information on the planning, financing, design, construction, and
maintenance of P-16 school facilities. NCEF is now in its eighth year and its website receives
over 120 thousand user visits a month. NCEF is funded by the U. S.
