MEMBER RATES:
Member rates for NIBS publications are reserved for members of the National Institute of Building Sciences only.
BETEC members are entitled to member rates for the
Energy & Environment publications.
SALES TAX:
District of Columbia customers please add 5.75% sales tax to your order. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, please provide a copy of your exempt certificate.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
To place a credit card order using MasterCard, VISA or American Express, include your credit card account number, expiration date,
the name as it appears on the card,
and billing address
when ordering on-line, by mail, phone, fax, or email.
PAYMENT:
Prepayment is required. Orders should be accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the National Institute of Building Sciences, or credit card information for MasterCard, VISA or American Express including expiration date, name as it appears on the card,
and billing address. Purchase orders are accepted from the United States government only.
SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are included in the publication price for all orders shipped within the United States via standard UPS ground service (or air service to Alaska and Hawaii). Please include your street address as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. For
all
orders shipped outside the United States, please add $50. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
RUSH ORDERS:
NIBS will be glad to RUSH ship your order via Airborne Express for next-day delivery service for an additional
$20. There is no charge for RUSH shipping if you want your order shipped via Federal Express using your account number. Include your Federal Express account number
in the comments box on the online form or on the
printable order form.
You may call NIBS' Publications Department to place RUSH orders using your MasterCard, VISA or American Express. Rush orders should be placed or received by NOON for same day shipping.
BULK ORDERS:
NIBS' publications are available at reduced rates when purchasing multiple copies. Contact NIBS' Publications Department for information on special volume discounts.
Bulk orders cannot be placed online.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with any publication ordered or if it does not meet with your requirements, it may be returned within 30 days. Returned publications must be in resalable condition to receive a refund. NIBS does not resale publication when plastic wrapping has been removed. Publications sold with
electronic media (diskettes or CDs) are not returnable. Sample diskettes are available upon request for testing compatibility. Returns on bulk orders are restricted;
contact NIBS' Publications Department for more information.
