Over 50 sponsorships and 22 exhibit spaces are up for grabs in support of Building Innovation 2014: The National Institute of Building Sciences Conference & Expo. The Institute’s second annual event provides affordable opportunities to show your support for your industry and build awareness of your organization’s positive contributions to the building community. Sponsorships starting at only $350 are available.

During the week of January 6-10, 2014, the Institute will once again bring together a broad spectrum of industry professionals in Washington, D.C., to explore Advancing Life-Cycle Performance and kick-off a year-long celebration of the Institute’s 40th Anniversary.

More than 560 industry professionals attended the 2013 Conference, where sponsors and exhibitors were given substantial recognition through prominent signage, a strategically located Exhibit Hall and a full-color Conference Book.

Building Innovation 2014 will include additional Conference activities to accommodate requests for more programming. With this expanded program and a larger Conference location at the Marriott Washington Wardman Park, we’re on track to accommodate an increase in the expected number of attendees for 2014. Once again, the Exhibit Hall will be located just outside of the meeting spaces and an Exhibitor Reception will take place on the exhibit floor to provide exposure to all Conference attendees.

The program for Building Innovation 2014 will feature symposia focusing on different aspects of the Conference theme, including a Plenary Symposium that will bring together the entire audience. Popular events, including the buildingSMART alliance™ Symposium, the Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council (BETEC) Symposium, and FEDCon® – The Annual Market Outlook on Federal Construction, as well as innovative technology demonstrations, such as the Construction Operations Building information exchange (COBie) and related projects, will be part of the Conference. Planned annual meetings to be held by each of the Institute’s councils during Building Innovation 2014 create the potential for attendance by a significant percentage of the Institute’s 1,000 active members.

We invite you to have your organization highlighted during the weeklong event by sponsoring and exhibiting during Building Innovation 2014. Take this affordable opportunity to gain exposure for your organization’s products, services, technologies and programs.
