More than 45,000 worldwide public and private capital facilities industry stakeholders now use ProjNetSM. ProjNetSM is an accredited, online business-process service maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and administered by the National Institute of Building Sciences. ProjNetSM helps government agencies, state agencies, commercial firms, and higher education institutions exchange and manage their building design and construction information, including those documents identified as Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU). Applications within ProjNetSM have become the de facto federal standards for a number of owner-related business processes such as design review, bidder inquiry and secure file exchange. ProjNetSM users consistently report that the enhanced collaboration among stakeholders made possible by its DrChecksSM application translates to time and cost efficiencies as well as higher quality design.
