HAZUS Training

The Institute's staff includes an instructor certified to teach three FEMA HAZUS-MH training courses:

• E313: Basic HAZUS-MH
• E174: Advanced HAZUS-MH for Earthquakes
• E172: Advanced HAZUS-MH for Flood
  

The Institute's instructor, Philip Schneider, AIA, has directed HAZUS development from 1992 to 2009, and currently conducts independent verification and validation (IV&V) for HAZUS-MH. He holds FEMA's designation of HAZUS Trained Professional. Groups interested in receiving instruction in one or more of the three courses, should contact us.
