Our third webinar builds upon the last webinar’s theme of understanding violent extremism by sharing methods and strategies for enhancing security to our Nation’s critical infrastructure with this increasing global threat. 
 
Our guest speaker, Dr. Richard Legault, is the Acting Branch Chief for the Human Behavior and Identification Branch, Resilient Systems Division of the Science and Technology Directorate with the Department of Homeland Security. He is also the former Co-Director of the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), at the University of Maryland.
