SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM


1.  General_Information:  The first page of a solicitation for a

A/C and Refrigeration Plants and Systems Service Contract is 
     
prepared by the installation's Directorate of Contracting (DOC).  

Standard Form 33 (SF33) is normally the first page of the 

solicitation.  


2.  Instructions:  The PWS writer is not required to prepare this 

section of the solicitation.  It is included to provide a sample of 

what a complete solicitation package should look like.


3.  Example:  An example of a typical SF33 is provided on the 

following page.
