                         Contracts Management Team


1.  Fred Reid, Mike Organek, and Lowell Fast are attending a four 
     day (2-5 Nov 93) JOC Steering Committee meeting at the Best Western in 
     Springfield VA. 

2.  Design and coordination is being completed on the IFS-M 
     Questionnaire.  Notification of scheduled work shop was PAXMAIL to 
     DPWs worldwide.

3.  The first dry run for COEMIS interface with Fort Myer MDW 
     environment was conducted.  Comments are being incorporated.

4.  Bob Hohenberg has completed a quality and substance review of 
     the U.S. Army Garrison, Bayonne performance work statement to 
     contract for a Contractor to perform Real Property Maintenance 
     Activities.  The memorandum is being routed for signature.
